I have made these twice within the past two weeks. I slightly modified the recipe the second time which made the recipe easier to make & slightly less expensive. Here�s what I did��I used parchment paper that I sprayed with Pam. Much easier!!! I microwaved the jar of marshmallow cream for about 15 seconds�.did this three times & it was easier to get out of jar & easier to spread. Lastly, I used just two 7 oz Hershey bars which I melted in a double boiler. Very easy to spread & it covered the whole thing nicely. Let the pan rest for about 20-30 min to allow the melted chocolate to cool a bit before you roll it. Easy-Peazy and just as delicious!
