I have just made this recipe, it's fantastic! The dough is at the perfect thickness to make it manageable and allow me to mold it into balls for baking. The cookies have a wonderful fudgy softness on the inside, with a perfect sweetness complemented by the slightly salty flavor added by the brownie mix. These cookies are insane! So molten and chocolatey and chewy.
Ingredients List :
- 1 (18.4 ounces) chocolate fudge brownie mix
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup chocolate fudge pudding mix, dry
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup butter, at room temperature
- 1/3 cup hot fudge topping (not chocolate syrup)
- 1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons white flour
- 1 and 1/2 cups chocolate chips
