I love to bake cookies! More than anything else. I use toffee chips and love the piquant zip it puts in the cookies.
Small Batch Soft Toffee Cookie
Ingredients :- 4 T butter, softened (not melted, not cold)
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 egg
- 1 cup plus 1 tablespoon all purpose flour
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
- ⅓ cup toffee chips
