Funfetti Gooey Butter Cookies

I am making these for the third time since i found this on Pinterest: once each with Funfetti and Strawberry and making Funfetti again now. They don’t last more than a few days lol.

Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
½ cup Challenge Butter, room temperature
1 egg
1 box Funfetti cake mix (15.25 oz)
¼ cup sprinkles
¼ cup powdered sugar
