Chocolate Fudge Pie

Made this pie for a friends birthday, big hit, everyone wants the recipe, think I’ll keep it to myself though,.

Ingredients

For the crust:

1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon sugar

1/2 cup unsalted butter (cold and cut into half inch cubes)

2-4 tablespoons cold water

For the filling:

1 cup half and half

1/4 cup unsalted butter

8 ounces bittersweet chocolate-chopped

1 1/2 cups sugar

3/4 cup cocoa powder

1/4 cup all-purpose flour

1/4 teaspoon salt

2 eggs

3 egg yolks
