Garlic Green Beans and Portobellos with Parmesan


 Oh how I love garlic green beans. The mushroom twist makes them extra festive. Will definitely be making this.

Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons canola or vegetable oil (can also use ghee)
  • 4 portobello mushrooms, gills removed and thickly sliced
  • 3-4 cups fresh green beans, snapped
  • 4-5 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 cup (or more) finely grated Parmagiano Reggiano
  • kosher salt & freshly ground black pepper, to taste
