- 4 tablespoons granulated white sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 large egg, beaten lightly
- 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
SWIRL:
- 2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon (or more) ground cinnamon
FROSTING:
- 2 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
- 3/4 tablespoon butter, at room temperature
- 1/2 tablespoon to 1 tablespoon milk
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar, sifted
