Now this would be one delicious lunch! My chicken salad looks terrific and it pairs wonderfully with rice

- 1/4 Cup Sliced Raw Almonds
- 1 Large Celery Stalk - chopped (about 1/2 cup)
- 1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt - to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon Ground Pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1/4 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt (or sour cream)
- 1/4 Cup Mayonnaise
