The Best Homemade Alfredo Sauce Ever!



This is the exact recipe I use and it freezes really well. I put my leftovers in a ziploc and remove the excess air, then freeze it flat.
Ingredients
  • ½ cup butter
  • 1 pint heavy whipping cream (2 cups)
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • ½ teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
